Right of withdrawal
The customer can request a return within 14 days of the order’s delivery. To initiate the process, it is necessary to communicate the purchase number and the items you wish to return. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: new, unused, and complete with labels and original packaging.

Return policy
Damaged, washed, worn, or incomplete items missing original components cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

Reimbursements
Once we receive the package, we perform a quality check which generally takes 3-5 business days. If the return is approved, the refund is issued via the same payment method used at the time of order. Credit times may vary depending on the payment service provider.

Defective or non-conforming products
In case of defects or items different from those ordered, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and a brief description of the problem. In these cases, a full refund or a replacement is provided at no additional cost.

Warranty
All items are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.
